Many local shops are there selling handicrafts, antique items, traditional dresses, etc. Food stalls and restaurants are selling local snack items, tea, and traditional cuisines. Krishna Mandir is a famous temple built with stones. Krishna, the avatar of Lord Vishnu is being worshipped here. On the auspicious occasion of Krishna Janmashtami (the day of celebration of the birthday of Krishna), there is a huge crowd here to worship. After spending some time here in Patan, we will head towards Bhaktapur.

Bhaktapur also known as “Bhadgaon” is another capital of Kathmandu Valley in the past. Bhaktapur is also famous as Patan for its unique craftworks and temples. There is a 55-window palace here which was built in the medieval period. Golden Gate, Potter’s Square, Art Gallery, museum, etc are other attractions of Bhaktapur. “Ju-Ju Dhau” – a local curd is very famous among the locals and travelers. The taste of Ju-Ju Dhau is considered supreme. Capturing the moments of the historical monuments of Bhaktapur in photographs and doing shopping for antiques and crafts if you like, we will now have our lunch. Day 01: Patan and Bhaktapur Day Tour

The sightseeing tour to Patan and Bhaktapur generally starts from 10:00 A.M. and ends by 4:00 P.M. So, we would like to request our guest to be prepared for the tour between 9:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. Before departing, kindly take your breakfast as the lunch will be by noon in Patan.

            Pick-up at 9:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. from your hotel and sightseeing tour in a private comfortable vehicle to Patan and Bhaktapur and then drop back to your hotel by 4:00 P.M. to 4:30 P.M.
