Day 01 : Arrival at Kathmandu in Tribhuwan International Airport
The representative from Step On Himalaya will be ready there at the arrival gate to greet and welcome you. Upon your arrival followed by clearing all the customs formalities and claiming luggage, you will then be transferred to the hotel in a private transport. You can either take rest after being fresh and then roam around the nearby market or relax for the rest of the day. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 02 : Visit to Boudhanath stupa and Kapan Monastery
Today You will go for the Sightseeing tour guided by the Guide. After having breakfast, you will be taken to different world Heritage sites of Kathmandu in a private vehicle. Boudhanath Stupa is one of the largest and oldest Buddhist stupas in the world. It is built over the octagonal Mandal design where there are prayer wheels. There is another Buddhist monastery at the Kapan Hill just a few kilometers away from Boudhanath stupa in the north. There is a nunnery nearby the monastery named as “Khachoe Ghakyil Ling Nunnery”. After the tour, you will return to the hotel and stay overnight.
Day 03 : Early Morning Drive from Kathmandu to Lumbini: 7 – 8 hours
An early morning drive from Kathmandu valley to Lumbini after taking an early morning breakfast. It will take about 7 – 8hours. On the way, can see many settlements by the road, rivers and waterfall, the dense forests with different types of flowers blooming, etc. The climate here is hot and humid during summer and colder in winter. Upon arriving Lumbini, you will be taken to the hotel and by evening time, you can roam around the local markets. Stay overnight.
Day 04 : A full sightseeing tour in Lumbini
You will go for a whole day tour in Lumbini after eating breakfast. Lumbini is one of the historical and religious places in the world. It is under the list of World Cultural Heritage Sites of UNESCO. You will go around the Maya Devi Temple with the Puskarini pond, the Ashoka pillar, the Lumbini garden, etc. You will visit the Buddhist monasteries and shrines that are built by different nations like Tibet, Japan, Burma, Korea, Thailand, etc. Stay overnight.
Day 05 : Drive from Lumbini to Kathmandu
After having breakfast, you can spend some leisure time before getting into the tourist bus back to Kathmandu. Stay overnight at the hotel.
Day 06 : Transfer to Tribhuwan International Airport for departure
