The paragliding usually has 3 flights every day scheduled at 10:30 am, 12 noon, and 2 pm. The recommendable season for the flight is usually the non-raining season during the month of September to November and February/March. Paragliding is an adventurous as well as risky sport. But if you are trained and you want to fly alone, you have to get the Flying Permit from the civil aviation office in Pokhara and make sure that you can fly well because once you fly, you are on your own. The price for the Standard Short flight is RS 9500 ($95) for 30 minutes, for the cross country long flight is Rs 13000 ($130) for a 40-60 minutes flight, and for 5 minutes video and 30 photos CD is Rs 1700 ($17).
